In this 10-class robotics course, students will explore the fundamentals of robotics and Arduino while building their own Elegoo Smart Robot Car. Starting with an introduction to robotics and engineering notebooks, students will learn how sensors and motors work, and how they communicate with the Arduino to bring their robots to life. Through hands-on activities, simulations, and guided building sessions, students will assemble their robot step-by-step, gaining valuable skills in coding, problem-solving, and teamwork. The course concludes with students presenting their completed robots and engaging in fun, interactive challenges using the robot controllers.Â
I have a strong background in robotics and STEM education, having worked as a robotics instructor at Magikids, where I also coached robotics teams for International VEX IQ competitions. My experience extends to teaching 3D printing and CAD, giving me a broad understanding of how to bring creative ideas to life. While studying engineering in college, I built multiple robotics projects using Arduino, which deepened my practical knowledge of both robotics and programming. I'm passionate about sharing these skills with students and helping them explore the exciting world of robots.
